Scientific Research Affairs
Organizing research fund applications and managing research projects; Technology talent projects; assisting in patent applications, evaluations, maintenance, social collaboration, and promotional applications; Organizing and managing talent projects, research projects, and platform projects; Young PI mentor projects; PI recruitment; Organizing daily domestic and international academic exchanges, important academic conferences;
Educational Affairs
Organizing the enrollment process and the entire student training process; Organizing training programs for new medical students; Organizing postdoctoral entry and exit, assessments, fund applications, etc.; Organizing student ideological work, welfare, and management of scholarships and awards;
Network and Informatization
Managing the center’s domain, website, email, OA, and various business information systems; Network planning and design, maintenance, and support for network-related projects; Analysis of network and system security logs, security threat warnings, system security assessments, security awareness education, and security audits; Installation and maintenance of internal printers, video conferencing systems, conference room screen projection systems, etc.; Diagnosing fundamental network issues, promptly responding, and resolving anomalies or malfunctions encountered while using desktop systems.
