Management of photos, video production, live streaming, and multimedia databases for center activities;

Construction of the main visual identity system;

Scientific Research Affairs
Organizing research fund applications and managing research projects;
 
Technology talent projects; assisting in patent applications, evaluations, maintenance, social collaboration, and promotional applications;

Young PI mentor projects; PI recruitment;
 
Organizing daily domestic and international academic exchanges, important academic conferences;
Educational Affairs
Organizing the enrollment process and the entire student training process;
 
Organizing training programs for new medical students;
 
Organizing postdoctoral entry and exit, assessments, fund applications, etc.;
 
Organizing student ideological work, welfare, and management of scholarships and awards;
Network and Informatization
Managing the center’s domain, website, email, OA, and various business information systems;
 
Network planning and design, maintenance, and support for network-related projects;
 
Analysis of network and system security logs, security threat warnings, system security assessments, security awareness education, and security audits;
 
Installation and maintenance of internal printers, video conferencing systems, conference room screen projection systems, etc.;
 
Diagnosing fundamental network issues, promptly responding, and resolving anomalies or malfunctions encountered while using desktop systems.
Human Resources Department
Recruitment and Staffing
Develop staffing plans, explore and manage recruitment channels, conduct recruitment, establish and manage personnel systems, handle job transfers, and manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Employee Relations and HR Policy Development
Cultivate organizational culture, facilitate employee communication, manage labor relations, prevent and address labor disputes, formulate and interpret HR policies and procedures, and promote a harmonious work environment.
Compensation, Benefits, and Performance
Design and refine compensation and benefits systems, calculate and disburse salaries, compile human resources data, coordinate the setting of performance targets across departments, provide daily performance coaching, and conduct periodic performance assessments to help the center achieve efficiency and fairness.
Training and Development, HR Services
Organize and coordinate orientation for new employees, manage skill development training, facilitate practical management exchanges, conduct job-specific skill training, share knowledge on labor laws, and provide various HR services to support employee growth and development.
Talent Services
Safeguard the implementation of talent policies, oversee the application process for attracting high-level talent, and participate in evaluating professional titles.
Finance Department
System Development
Assist in establishing an internal control system, accounting management system, and processes, and interpret and disseminate relevant policies.
Budget Organization, Final Accounts, Financial Statements, and Reporting
Organize annual budgeting, compile final accounts, and prepare financial statements and reports on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Liaison with Tax Authorities, Compilation of Reports and Statements
Coordinate with tax authorities, compile various reports and statements, reconcile accounts to ensure completeness and accuracy, and manage budget-related tasks.
Expense Reimbursement Review and Fund Management
Review expense reimbursement documents for validity and conduct day-to-day fund disbursements and reconciliations.
Project Funding and Audit Management
Assist in applying for various funds, supervise the execution of project funds, and coordinate with audits.
Audit Supervision
Interface with the audit committee and manage temporary inspections conducted by higher authorities.

Procurement of Research Equipment and Bulk Materials
Purchase committee, centralized procurement, import of equipment, supplier management, and after-sales services.
Fixed Asset Management
Fixed asset verification, acceptance, storage, inventory, and disposal.
Laboratory Safety Management
Biological safety, hazardous materials storage, infrastructure renovation, security condition audits, etc.
Logistical Support

Laboratory renovations for utilities such as water, electricity, and HVAC; access control, property management, waste disposal, fire safety, and comprehensive maintenance.

Legal and Compliance Affairs
Legal and compliance review of regulatory texts; legal risk assessment and legality review of center decisions and management actions; contract management, legal guidance, public legal education and promotion; archiving of center's legal documents, including electronic and paper files.
Intellectual Property Legal Affairs
Provision of or liaison with legal consultation related to intellectual property, including obtaining, managing, and licensing patents.
Internal Audit and Inspection
Supervision and inspection of the legal compliance of work in various units and departments of the center, with timely feedback to the management.
