Introduction

The Medical Mass Spectrometry Facility (MMSF) is an integral component of the core facilities at the Chinese Institutes for Medical Research (CIMR). It is located on lower first floor, South Tower, Basic Research Building, Capital Medical University. MMSF is currently staffed by four professional technicians and will be equipped with advanced high-resolution and high-sensitivity mass spectrometers. MMSF is dedicated to providing users with services based on mass spectrometry.

The services offered by MMSF include protein identification, quantitative proteomics, interactome analysis, phosphoproteome analysis, acetylome analysis, ubiquitinome analysis, oxidative modification analysis, metabolomics, lipidomics, and metabolic flux analysis. MMSF provides comprehensive services that span from sample preparation to data acquisition and data interpretation.

Following a user-centric approach, MMSF actively collaborates with users to develop new mass spectrometry methods tailored to individualized requirements.
