Job Responsibilities

1. Design and develop fit for purpose assays in close collaboration with disease biology colleagues，moreover，organize into operation SOP；

2. Test and troubleshoot a variety of assay types, e.g. binding and competition assays, may use techniques such as reporter cell line, FP, AlphaLISA/AlphaScreen, FRET/HTRF based assays and ELISA.

3. Use liquid handling automation to support high throughput screening and follow up validation with disease biology colleagues；

4. Support data management by analyzing data and recording within laboratory notebooks，and prepare reports and share with/present to project teams and collaborators；

5. Assist related functions, e.g. experiment material order，other works when required.

Job Requirements

1. Master's degree in biology or other related fields，with good publication or working experience is a plus.

2. Skills in a variety of assay types，such as FP, AlphaLISA/AlphaScreen, FRET/HTRF based assays and ELISA.

3. Be able to do trouble shooting and address key issues of the project，and smoothly move the project forward.

4. Support data management by analyzing data and recording within laboratory notebooks.

5. Strong written and communication skills in both English and Chinese.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivated and collaborative.
