Job Responsibilities

Assist the Director of the Bioinformatics Center in their work.

Job Requirements

1. Master’s degree or above in Bioinformatics, Biology, Medical or related field;

2. Proficient in using Linux system, proficient in R/Python and other statistical tools, data mining algorithms, genetic algorithms, and various genomic databases;

3. Experience in high-throughput sequencing data analysis projects, proficient in conventional NGS data analysis tools is preferred;

4. Knowledge of molecular biology and genetics, strong self-learning ability, communication and organization skills, and the ability to independently complete project execution;

5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong learning ability and collaboration skills; working background in bioinformatics is preferred.
