I earned the master's degree in Orthopedic Surgery from Tianjin Medical University General Hospital. During that time, I encountered neuroscience and, though just a beginner, was deeply fascinated by its charm while acknowledging my own lack of understanding. Driven by the desire to delve deeper into its mysteries, I decided to apply for a Ph.D. in Neurobiology at CIMR. I preferred research direction is neurophysiology, with a future aspiration to contribute to elucidating the mechanisms underlying a particular sensation.
As the saying goes, "A nine-story tower starts with a single brick." Neuroscience is as vast as the ocean, and one must recognize that while life is finite, knowledge is infinite. Maintaining a reverence for scientific research is crucial to forge ahead. Yet, for me, simply being on the way, taking one step after another, is already a source of immense joy. I hope, ten years from now, to have continued my in-depth exploration, remaining true to his original aspirations and insatiably curious. Onwards, to the next leg of the journey!
