平台介绍

医学质谱平台是首都医学科学创新中心技术辅助平台的重要组成部分,位于首都医科大学南校区科研楼南楼负一层。医学质谱平台目前配备4位专业技术人员。医学质谱平台将配备先进的高分辨率和高灵敏度的质谱仪器。平台致力于为用户提供基于质谱技术的分析服务,主要包括蛋白质鉴定、定量蛋白质组学分析、相互作用蛋白组学分析、磷酸化修饰组学分析、乙酰化修饰组学分析、泛素化修饰组学分析、氧化修饰组学分析、代谢组学分析、脂质组学分析和代谢流分析。平台提供从样品前处理、上机检测和数据解析的完整服务。根据用户的个性化需求,平台积极与用户合作,开发新的质谱检测方法。
