高通量筛选平台(High Throughput Screening Facility , HTSF)是属于首都医学科学创新中心的技术辅助平台,位于首都医科大学南校区基础科研楼南楼负一层。平台将建立多种类型的化合物文库,包括FDA批准或临床化合物、已知活性化合物、结构多样性化合物、天然产物和疾病/靶点相关等化合物;同时,HTSF将配备先进的全自动高通量筛选设备,支持开发和优化多种生化或细胞水平的筛选模型,涵盖多种检测类型,包括荧光、Alpha Screen、化学发光、可见光吸收和基于图像的多指标检测等。高通量筛选平台旨在提供卓越的筛选服务,通过高效的流程和高质量的数据促进药物发现,支持内外部项目合作。
