Job Responsibilities

1. Organize and implement high-throughput sequencing, including bioinformatics analysis and data mining such as single-cell sequencing, including basic analysis and personalized analysis;

2. Collaborate with various laboratories within the institute to provide technical support for bioinformatics analysis, establish your own team, and conduct related research projects.

Job Requirements

1. Ph.D degree in Bioinformatics, Biology, Medical or related fields; proficient in deep sequencing and functional genomics analysis, experience in algorithm design and software development is preferred;

2. Proficient in common analysis software languages (R/Python/Perl, etc.), familiarity with Linux operating system, the use of various gene databases, server operation, management, and maintenance; experience in single-cell sequencing analysis and building bioinformatics databases is preferred;

3. Excellent communication skills, willing to provide technical services for laboratories and guide students in relevant skills;

4. Postdoctoral research experience is preferred;

5. Published at least 1 excellent paper as first or corresponding author in the relevant field.
