I received  Bachelor's degree from Qilu Medicine University and Master's degree from Yantai University, with research interests in Neuropharmacology. I worked as a research assistant (RA) in Chinese Institutes for Medical Research (CIMR), Beijing. During the period of working as a RA, I was attracted by the strong research atmosphere. Under the leadership of Director Lin Mei, CIMR introduces well-known PIs from home and abroad, and has advanced research concepts and experimental techniques. Therefore, I chose the CIMR to pursue my Ph.D.

 

In the future, I would like to use the platform of CIMR to gain a deeper understanding of how the brain works and how it affects our behavior, emotions and cognition. A message to myself in ten years' time: Those who follow the light will eventually shine brightly!
