Ph.D. Candidate, Class of 2024
I received my bachelor's degree in software engineering from Nanchang Hangkong University, and my master's degree in neurobiology from Nanchang University. My research direction is the neural mechanism of cognitive function and disorders. I used to work as a technician/assistant engineer in an enterprise affiliated to Aviation Industry Corporation of China.
As a new type of research and development institution, CIMR gathers multidisciplinary scientific research resources, adopts new scientific research models such as the integration of medicine and engineering, and is committed to improving the ability of medical science innovation and achievement transformation. This is in line with my personal background and development goals, and is also the main reason for me to join the CIMR for further study.
I am interested in studying the electrophysiological mechanisms underlying higher cognitive functions and neurological diseases.
I hope that in the future, by deepening my understanding of the nervous system, I can seek new methods or targets for the treatment of chronic pain and neurodegenerative diseases.
After 10 years, I hope I can continue to engage in basic scientific research or translational work in neuroscience, and develop a series of products for clinical diagnosis and treatment, so as to improve the prevention and treatment of neurological diseases.
