Platform Introduction

Multi-Omics Platform Overview

We warmly welcome researchers dedicated to advancing the frontiers of science to join our Multi-Omics Platform team. Our platform integrates cutting-edge technologies such as spatial omics, targeted proteomics, and bioinformatics, offering new tools for studying the complexity of biological systems. Below is an introduction to the platform's main technologies:

Spatial Omics
Our spatial omics technology combines molecular biology and imaging techniques to precisely locate and analyze the spatial distribution of specific molecules at the single-cell level. This technology enables us to capture the spatial characteristics of gene expression within the microenvironment of tissues or organs, revealing cell-cell interactions, dynamic changes in tissue microenvironments, and the spatial specificity of diseases. Spatial omics has broad applications in fields such as tumor microenvironments and neuroscience, helping us better understand complex biological processes.

Targeted Proteomics
Targeted proteomics is a core technology of our platform, primarily relying on antibody-based techniques to accurately quantify specific proteins and their changes under different conditions. By targeting specific proteins, targeted proteomics can sensitively detect low-abundance biomarkers with high reproducibility and quantitative precision. This technology is crucial for biomarker validation, new drug target identification, and the study of disease mechanisms.

Bioinformatics
Our bioinformatics team utilizes advanced data analysis techniques to extract meaningful information from vast amounts of omics data. By leveraging machine learning, statistical analysis, and network modeling, bioinformatics can integrate spatial omics and proteomics data, revealing correlations between different omics layers, thus accelerating the progress of drug development and precision medicine.
