ABOUT ICR
The Institute for Cancer Research (ICR) is the first institute established at CIMR. Our goal is to beat cancer. Our mission is to transform the lives of cancer patients through world-class research and education. We are working to identify new biomarkers for early detection of cancer, and produce a new generation of treatments and cures for cancer patients.
Open position:
Research Assistant
a. Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment, and assist the PI with lab management and administrative tasks.
b. Responsible for the procurement and organization of laboratory reagents and supplies, and provide support to other lab members in their research projects.
Qualifications
a. Bachelor's degree or higher in biology, biomedical sciences, or a related field.
b. Proactive work attitude with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
c. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
d. Proficiency in English reading, writing, and daily communication.
e. Prior experience in molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology, or animal model studies is preferred but not required.
