平台介绍

载体平台是首都医学科学创新中心的辅助技术平台之一，主要负责为科研人员提供腺相关病毒（Adeno-associated virus, AAV）、慢病毒（Lentivirus）、逆转录病毒（Retrovirus）、腺病毒（Adenovirus）等常规病毒载体，以及从载体设计、病毒包装、现货病毒，到使用咨询、实验讨论等多方面支撑服务。平台也将积极进行自主研发，优化现有工具，开发狂犬病病毒（Rabies virus）、单纯疱疹病毒1型（HSV-1），水疱性口炎病毒（VSV）等新的病毒载体工具，助力广大科研人员实现突破。
