平台介绍
冷冻电镜平台是首都医学科学创新中心技术支撑体系的重要组成部分,致力于提供基于冷冻电子显微成像技术的专业服务。包括大分子复合物的高分辨率结构解析、复杂细胞与亚细胞超微结构观察、免疫胶体金精准定位以及原位结构生物学等。平台提供从样品生化质量评估、负染筛选与优化、玻璃化冷冻制样、自动化高通量数据采集,到三维结构重构与解析的全流程技术服务。针对不同类型的研究对象提供定制化实验策略与技术方案,显著提高冷冻电镜结构解析的成功率、稳定性与研究效率。通过玻璃化冷冻技术与高分辨电子显微成像等手段,为揭示蛋白质功能机制、细胞动态过程及分子调控网络提供关键结构证据。为新型靶向药物设计、疫苗研发以及精准医学研究提供关键技术支撑。平台积极与用户合作,开发新的结构解析方法。
