平台介绍

生物资源平台是首都医学科学创新中心技术辅助平台的重要组成部分，致力于构建标准化、全链条的研究型生物资源共享与服务体系。平台整合六大核心资源库——公共细胞库、共享质粒库、基因文库、公共抗体库、菌株库及转基因小鼠资源库，涵盖分子工具、细胞株、基因工程菌株、抗体试剂及基因编辑动物模型等全品类生物材料，并配套专业化管理系统与多模态存储设施，实现资源高效管理与共享。同时平台依托大兴动物实验设施，为中心提供全方位的实验动物技术服务，包括动物繁育与饲养、生物净化与微生物控制、个性化实验方案设计及动物实验技术支持，严格遵循3R原则，保障动物实验伦理与质量。此外，平台还提供基因编辑与人源化抗体技术咨询、国内外优质资源引入代理、定向建库及样本储存等配套服务，形成从基因到动物模型的完整资源闭环，全面赋能中心功能基因组学及转化医学领域的创新突破。
