Chinese Institute of Immunology is a newly established research institute under the Chinese Institutes for Medical Research (CIMR), dedicated to a wide range of basic and translational immunology research, including molecular and cell biology of the immune system, investigation of immunological disorders, and immunotherapies for human diseases, including infectious diseases, cancer, and autoimmune diseases. We will bring together outstanding scientists and research teams to carry out world-class innovative immunology research and nurture future immunology talents. Assistant to Director of Chinese Institute for Immunology
Main Responsibilities
a. Assist the Director in drafting the development plan, annual plan, relevant regulations of the Institute, and ensure the effectiveness of the implementation.
b. Assist the Director in carrying out administrative, scientific research, and educational work, etc.
c. Carry out the comprehensive coordination, supervision of the implementation of internal and external affairs of the Institute. Ensure effective communication and work coordination with CIMR’s administration team and core facility team.
d. Responsible for the implementation of the planning,organizing and reception of important conferences and activities of the Institute; Responsible for drafting work reports, plans and other related materials.
e. Complete other tasks assigned by the Director.
Job Requirements
a. PhD degree in biomedicine and related field; applicants with immunology-related research experience are preferred.
b. Good spirit of dedication and teamwork, strong organization, coordination and communication abilities, perfect problem-solving skills; Highly execution-oriented.
c. Management experience, with experience in research institutions or universities is preferred.
d. Good written and oral skills in both Chinese and English.
e. Proficiency in various daily office software.
f. Physical and mental fitness compatible with the requirements of the position.
